Flavor Profile: Boasting a magnificent aroma. tender touch and sharp aftertaste, this sake was served at the State Dinner when United States former President Bill Clinton visited Japan, in 1996.

This incredibly aromatic sake won the Grand Prix at the international Sake Festival in London in July 2000. Originally named Born:Gin no Tsubasa, it was renamed Nihon no Tsubasa (Wing of Japan) in commemoration of this event. The name has since been registered as a trademark in the United States in 2003.
